Chicken fillet sausages

  • Half chicken fillet,

  • Milk - 100 ml.,

  • Garlic - 1 clove,

  • Favorite spices

  • Chicken egg.

Technology for making chicken wieners

Sausages according to the proposed recipe are prepared very quickly and do not require special knowledge in cooking. Usually it takes no more than 20 minutes to cook them.

1. To start, the fillet should be cut into pieces of arbitrary shape.

2. Next, place them in a blender bowl and pour milk.

3. Sprinkle with spices and salt on top.

4. Peel, chop and add the garlic to the meat.

5. Chop all the ingredients in a blender with the addition of one egg.

6. Next, the minced meat should be laid out in small portions on pre-prepared pieces of cling film. Twist them into tight rolls, giving the form of sausages.

7. Put the semi-finished product in the freezer for a couple of hours.

8. Before serving, the sausages must be boiled in salted water for 25 minutes.

And if you want to enhance the taste a little, then you can fry already cooked sausages in a pan with a drop of sunflower oil. A golden crust will give a very appetizing look.

Storage

Sausages are perfectly stored in the freezer for up to six months (maybe more). Therefore, do a large number of future use and freeze. And as you want to eat: get it, and, without any defrosting, lower it into boiling water, cook 10-15 until cooked.
