Recipe for quick yeast-free bread

Perhaps every second knows about the dangers of thermophilic yeast in our time. But the deep-rooted habit of seizing everything with bread does not give a chance for a healthy diet. Particularly stubborn are trying to find a way out: they find a recipe for yeast-free bread, put the leaven and even, for some time, bake bread on its basis. But the realities of our lives are such that good intentions dissolve in the race of modern life.

However, not everything is as sad as it seems at first glance. Rummaging through old books and experimenting a bit, you can find recipes that take 10 minutes of your precious time. And, by the way, they will not “hit” the family budget at all. And as a result, the whole family will enjoy delicious, and most importantly, healthy bread.


So the recipe:

  • - 1 cup of warm kefir;

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 1 tsp slaked soda;

  • - 0.5 tsp salts;

  • - 1 tsp sugar (optional);

  • - 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;

  • - 3 tbsp. l bran;

Making yeast-free bread - a step-by-step workshop

We mix all the ingredients and knead the dough (you need about 3-4 cups of wheat flour).

The dough should be soft and elastic, not stick to your hands.

You can bake bread in the form, or you can just form it in the form of a loaf or a round loaf and put it on a baking sheet, oiled.

Sprinkle the top with flour and make cuts with a sharp knife so that the bread does not burst in the oven. Leave to be upset for about 10 minutes - while the oven warms up.

We heat the oven to 200 degrees and send bread into it, after 10 minutes we reduce to 180 degrees and bake another 20 minutes.

That's all - the bread is ready! Oh, this indescribable smell of freshly baked bread ... And if you get confused and cook it in the morning for breakfast, then this will truly be an unforgettable morning.
