Chocolate

Make chocolate at home with your own hands. It is not only very tasty, but also very exciting and interesting ... to cook at home is what we usually buy in the store and which is usually always not enough.

As ingredients, we need to take:

5 tbsp. tablespoons of milk; 50 g butter; 6-8 Art. tablespoons of sugar; 5 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa; 1 teaspoon flour;

We take a small saucepan, pour milk, cocoa, sugar into it, mix everything and put on fire. Next, bring to a boil and add 50 g of butter. By continuously and slowly mixing the mixture, gradually add the flour and bring to a boil again. As soon as the flour is completely and evenly mixed, remove the pan from the stove.

As a filling, you can add nuts (chopped walnuts, peanuts or hazelnuts), as well as raisins, in chocolate. You can still stuff our chocolate with waffle chips. If you will make chocolate with "filling", then it is better to do it in layers at the stage of pouring into molds. Pour the half of the mold with chocolate, then pour nuts or other fillings, then pour the rest of the mold. We must have cooked molds. We take out the chocolate molds and pour the contents of the pan into the molds, put them in the freezer. In a few hours, the chocolate will solidify and be ready.
