Cheese soup - whip up soup

All gathered. First, we collect 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan and put on fire until it boils.

Finely chop or grate the carrots with onions and fry a little.

Add the chopped sausages and continue to fry everything together until a golden hue. We remove so far to the side.

The water boiled - we throw potatoes, if the cheese is not very soft, then we throw it together with potatoes. If the cheese is soft, then after 2-3 minutes of cooking potatoes. We stir everything, the cheese dissolves, the potatoes are cooked.
