puff pastry - 200 grams;


egg - 1 pc.;

hard cheese - 150 grams;

vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

1. Let's start with the filling. For such puffs, it is better to choose hard cheese, because it spreads less and looks very aesthetically pleasing. Cheese cut into cubes.

2. Then roll out the previously thawed puff pastry a little. Cut the dough into even rectangles.
