Chocolate Confectionery Sausage

What sweet tooth doesn’t the taste of the “Potato” cake (or “gingerbread man”), the “Hedgehog” cake or the usual pastry sausage taste so sweet to the heart? Unless one who is indifferent to chocolate treats. And for lovers of this sweetness there is no better idea. And, it turns out, this delicacy can be made simply and quickly at home. Practically without making any effort, in just half an hour you can create such a wonderful, not only in appearance, but also in taste, pastry sausage.

And the products for this culinary masterpiece do not need much.


200 g butter

cookies (sugar, anniversary, for tea - any butter) - 300 grams

cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons

walnuts - 100 grams

cans of condensed milk

sugar - cups


Grind nuts and cookies in a meat grinder.

If you do not want to twist the meat grinder, you can put the cookies in a plastic bag and gently chop with a kitchen hammer. Nuts can be crushed with a knife. Then put butter in a ladle (saucepan) and melt.

Pour sugar into the melted butter, mix and as soon as it dissolves, remove and pour cocoa from the heat, mix again and introduce the condensed milk.

Then pour the contents of the bucket into the crushed mixture of cookies with nuts, mix thoroughly.

Spread polyethylene or food wrap on the table, put the resulting mixture in the form of sausages on it and, wrapping it tightly, place it in the freezer for an hour or two to set. Hardened sausage cut into circles and put on a saucer. It turned out both beautiful and tasty. Is not it?
