The favorite food of most men is meat. Therefore, it is worth trying this salad only once, and it will become a welcome dish in the daily menu. For a festive table, such a salad is also perfect. Despite the ease of preparation, this salad always turns out to be very tasty, and most importantly, hearty. Instead, you can use beef, pork, chicken or beef tongue.
- beef meat (pulp) - three hundred and fifty grams;
- fresh champignon mushrooms (can be replaced with pickled and frozen) - two hundred and fifty grams;
- two large carrots;
- pickles - four pieces;
- vegetable or olive oil (for frying).
We put the well-washed beef meat into a pan and pour cold water. Cook it until fully cooked for about two hours. Water does not need to be salted. Since there will be cucumbers in the salad.
Finely chop the mushrooms with a knife.
Rub carrots with a grater.
Fry the mushrooms in a pan with butter for about five minutes. Next, add carrots to the mushrooms. Fry for about ten minutes.
Boiled meat and pickles are finely chopped.
In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Before serving, you can season with mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream.
